Week 5: Nutrition III (Carb Cycling)

Week 6: Stress & Hormones

Week 7: Nutrition IV (Micronutrients, TEF, inflammation)

Week 8: Real Life II (Navigating Social Situations with Success)

Week 9: Sleep & Your Hormones

Week 10: Women's Cycle & Healthy Aging  (Using Your Cycle, Peri-, and Post-Menopause)

Week 11: Intermittent Fasting

Week 12: Nutrition V (Macro Adjustments Over Time -- Diet breaks, Plateaus, Maintenance, & Surplus)

 

In order to keep this group intimate and give everyone the very best experience, I am limiting the Nourish Project to 12 women who are a good fit for the program--when the program is filled I will open the waitlist for next Nourish Project . (But I don't know if I'll be coaching another group in 2021 because Baby DuBose is coming in September!)

Nourish Project Summer 2021 will start in mid-late May and run through Mid-August.

Weekly calls: we will be having two small group cohorts -- one is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday evenings at ~6pm cst, the other is tbd but will be during the daytime.
